4. Issue compliance notice to all affected parties (Property Management Co, Fire Department, Insurance Co,).

5. Post notice that Fire Watch Services is in effect.

6. Conduct and log Fire Watch Monitors of designated areas every 30 minutes unless otherwise authorized by Fire Marshal.

7. Provide continuous communication with affected parties (Property Manager, Facility Maintenance Manager, Fire Marshal office).
